Now i might have an idea for criminals escaping in like nrg-500's or Infernus and junk, I propose an initiative, that will not only allow us to catch up with escaping criminals, but also help us catch them in less amount of time, enough time to move onto the next criminal. Basically what the Hot Pursuit Division is, it is a government funded program to help turn civilian super cars into Police Chasing Monsters. The Hot Pursuit division will be located in the LSPD, since crime is incredibly low there (So we will have to travel to LS and get a Hot Pursuit car so it will be far and we wont be grabbing Hot Pursuit cars all willy nilly) these cars will only be used as intercepting vehicles and will remain as such. I am willing to invest 1.5 million dollars into this program for Six(6) interceptor vehicles at $187,000 per vehicle.
